During a recent interview with ABC News, Evelyn revealed that she has already lost 30 pounds, which is around 6 pounds a week, and is only 12 pounds from being at her pre-pregnancy weight.

“I’m proud of where I’m at so far,” Lozada said. “My body feels like it’s almost back to normal.” She explained that she has been using a combination of healthy eating, exercise, and a weight loss supplement, for which she is a spokesperson for, called youthH2O. For breakfast, Evelyn says that she eats oatmeal or egg whites, and fills her lunches with lots of fish and vegetables.

While she stays busy taking care of baby Carl, Evelyn explains that she still tries to hit the gym as much as possible. “I also work out three to four times a week,” she said. “I have been sleep deprived lately and going to the gym can be hectic when you have no time in your schedule. But, on the days that I do have a moment, I do a ton of cardio, weight training — which I love — and hiking.”

It sounds as though Evelyn is a super mom, but she is not doing everything alone. She admits that her fiancé is an awesome father and is there to offer his support through everything. “Carl is a wonderful father and awesome fiancé who has been by my side the entire time,” she said. “He is so excited about baby Carl Leo. You should see them together!”
