  • The Duggar family has had a “sad” month, according to former 19 Kids and Counting star Jill Duggar Dillard. In fact, she has asked for prayers for her extended family as they deal with all this sadness.

The sadness the Duggar family is enduring once again comes at the hands of eldest son Josh Duggar. This time it was discovered that Josh had two Ashley Madison accounts–through which married men can cheat on their wives. He admitted shortly thereafter to an pornography addiction as well as to having cheated on wife Anna Duggar.

In the Dillard Family Blog, which is written by both Jill Duggar Dillard and her husband Derick Dillard, Jill wrote recently about the Duggar family’s sadness.

“August has been a busy month for us and as so many of you know it has ended on a sad note for my extended family. Please do pray for our family. We are so thankful for God’s grace during difficult days,” Jill wrote.

Jill Duggar Dillard is the second member of the Duggar family to reference Josh Duggar’s most recent scandal publicly. Just days ago, Jessa Duggar Seewald urged her social media followers to read a blog post written by her father-in-law Michael Seewald. In his post he majorly slams Josh Duggar, leaving most to believe that Jessa shares his beliefs about her brother.

Will Jill Duggar Dillard and Jessa Duggar Seewald remain the only members of the Duggar family to publicly diss Josh Duggar? Or will more Duggar family members eventually grow a pair–a big pair–and hop on that bandwagon, too?
