Drew Barrymore is now expecting her second child, just 13 months after the birth of her daughter, Olive. She is pregnant with Will Kopelman’s second child, and the couple have been married since 2012. She grew up as an only child, and has always wanted a big family.

The news of her second baby also comes just over a month after she announced on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno that she wanted to have another baby right away. It looks like the actress’ wishes were granted, and Olive will be a big sister in a matter of months.

Barrymore has enjoyed a very successful career as an actress, and also starting business ventures such as a recent line of makeup. The 38-year-old actress is glad that she took them to live a full life and experiencing her wild times while she could, including a Playboy shoot in 1995. In 2012, she told Allure magazine, “I’m glad I lived such a full life before I settled down into a family because I got to enjoy it and get it out of my system.”

Drew Barrymore got her start earlier than most actresses, and was adored as a child actress for her roles in E.T. and Stephen King’s Firestarter. Since then, she has appeared in several romance and comedy films, but has taken a break from the spotlight in order to concentrate on her family and other projects, such as a photography book, which is set to be released in January.

She has already exposed her tiny baby bump when showing up in public in West Hollywood on Sunday, November 3rd. Despite her busy childhood, and how kids of stars are often exposed, she has said that she does not want that for either of her kids, and clearly stated that “It has nothing to do with whether I liked my childhood. I really did. But as a parent, that isn’t the childhood that I’d provide.”

Drew Barrymore, along with her husband Will Kopelman, will be very excited to welcome their baby boy or girl into the world, and expand their family. Fans of the star can expect more gushing news about the pregnancy in the months to come, as she continues to adore her time as a mother, and telling the rest of the world about her experiences.
