Dina Eastwood, and the famous Eastwood couple have been highly scrutinized due to the problems that they have been having over the past year, resulting in their official separation in August.

With the divorce becoming official soon, it appears that Dina is finally ready to end their marriage for good. They have been married for 17 years.

The news comes just weeks after she withdrew her papers for legal separation, which she had filed on October 7th. It was reported months ago that they had separated and had living apart for several months, citing that Clint had fallen out of love with Dina a long time ago.

It sounds as if this is a path that the couple have been on for a long time now. For too long though, Dina was just not able to do it, because really, who has the strength to be able to divorce someone like Clint Eastwood? She is getting aggressive though and with the divorce, she seeks to gain physical custody of their daughter Morgan, with spousal support and attorney fees to be paid by Clint.

Dina is a former reality star who appeared on the E! network with her show Mrs. Eastwood and Company. Her husband Clint, is of course, the famous film director and actor known for such films as Dirty Harry and Million Dollar Baby.

She filed the papers in the Monterey County Superior Court, in Carmel, California. Dina is Clint’s second wife, and their daughter Morgan is his youngest of his seven children. Clint has stayed pretty quiet about the situation between the two of them, and is currently working on a big-screen adaptation of the Broadway musical Jersey Boys, according to E Online.

Dina Eastwood is certainly much younger than her famous husband, which could have factored into their relationship differences. Dina, who married Clint in 1996, is only 48-years-old, while Clint turned 83 earlier this year. They have lived in Carmel, California together since 2008, according to documents that she filed with the court, where she also states that the couple have a prenuptial agreement, but the property rights are “to be determined.”
