Earlier this week, Facebook released an update for their iOS app. Version 3.5 now allows Facebook users to tag people in posts, add their location, and tool single-post privacy settings on the go.
Along with those functionality changes, it also looks a little different. Or maybe a little similar...to another app.
At least that's what Twitter Mobile Designer Bryan Haggerty thinks. Yesterday, he sent out a couple of tweets implying that Facebook might have taken a little too much from the Twitter iOS app for their v3.5.
Here are the two images from his tweets - Twitter app on the left and Facebook app on the right. You make the call.
Did Facebook take a little too much from Twitter's iOS app? Or is the v3.5 app simply an representation of how a social media app should logically be designed? Let us know in the comments.
