Model and actress Christie Brinkley will be coming out with a new skincare line. Christie Brinkley Authentic Skincare is a collaboration between Brinkley and Atlantic Coast Media Group. The line will be available through HSN, HSN.com, and Kohl’s. Since Brinkley is a vegan, she made it a point that Christie Brinkley Authentic Skincare products use fair trade, eco-friendly, and vegan ingredients. The line will include two anti-aging creams, an exfoliating polish, a primer serum, a face wash, and eye, neck, and wrinkle treatments. The products will cost somewhere between $22.95 and $69.99.

"Christie Brinkley Authentic Skincare offers customers the combination of a recognizable and trusted personality with results-oriented products," Kohl’s Vice President Jeff Askenas said in an interview with Women’s Wear Daily. “Christie's many roles of being a mother, entrepreneur, model and actress provides a strong foundation for equipping customers with her skincare secrets through this collection.”

“It was very important to me that we formulated something that, as much as possible, protected against future sun damage,” Brinkley said about the products. Brinkley, 60, has been the face of Cover Girl for over 25 years.  She also put out her own fragrance back in 1998, a skincare line back in 2011, and wigs and hair extensions for Hair2Wear. Christie Brinkley Authentic Skincare will be rolling out on March 2015.

Brinkley also worked with dermatologist Doris Day on the skincare line. The products under Christie Brinkley Authentic Skincare are set to help women combat sun-damaged skin. “Men shave daily and get that exfoliation naturally. Women need to add that extra step,” Brinkley said in a statement.

Christie Brinkley started out as a model in the 1970s. Throughout the years, she has dabbled in acting and appeared in films like National Lampoon’s Vacation, and music videos for her then-husband Billy Joel. Recently, she appeared in the TV show Parks and Recreation as recurring character Gayle Gergich. She is set to appear as Gayle on the show’s seventh and final season.
