There’s been a lot of chatter today behind the highly publicized arrest of troubled pop sensation Justin Bieber. However, more details about the wild night are gradually being unveiled.

Now, several media outlets are linking the Canadian singer’s alleged girlfriend Chantel Jeffries to his turbulent fast life. A number of reports claim that the two both took drugs prior to the arrest last night. According to New York Daily News, the Wilhelmina model was actually riding shotgun when the singer was arrested last night in Miami. But, news reports reveal that she’s definitely no innocent or a stranger to trouble.

The 21-year-old model actually has an extensive rap sheet with five arrests, including one Feb. 2011 incident where she was charged with misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon. Court documents reveal that the Jacksonville, N.C. native had a physical altercation with another woman she ultimately stabbed in the left forearm.

However, the situation was quickly diffused as the unidentified victim “did not want to proceed with the matter.” Reports showed that the charges against Jeffries were dropped.

Its also quite evident that she and the “Beauty and the Beat” singer also share the “need for speed.” There was also another time where she was arrested for speeding after being clocked doing 92 in a 70 mph zone.

Jeffries also tweeted last night that appeared to be related to their alleged drag race with Def Jam recording artist Khalil, who was also arrested. Her message read, “Something about the shock factor.”

Khalil also took to Instagram to share a picture of the couple in Bieber’s yellow Lamborghini just hours before the arrest. However, the picture actually captured Jeffries behind the wheel of the exotic car while Bieber sat in the passenger seat. The caption read, “U know bizzle brought that lambo out ♛.”

Bieber also posted a picture of Jeffries expertly maneuvering the high-end vehicle. However, it was deleted shortly after it was posted.

Another interesting fact about Jeffries is that Bieber is not her first celebrity suitor. The hazel-eyed beauty has dated Diddy’s son UCLA football player Justin Combs, and Philadelphia Eagles receiver DeSean Jackson. She’s even been linked to Bieber’s right-hand man Lil’ Twist.

Jeffries aunt Nancy McCluskey, 39 has also spoken exclusively with the Daily News to weigh in on her niece’s clandestine lifestyle. “She truly is an honest, Christian girl,” said McCluskey. “She’s a very well-rounded and intelligent individual, so it’s kind of shocking to hear she was present for this.”

“I don’t know what she was doing with him, but it’s shocking she was even associated with someone exhibiting that kind of behavior,” the aunt said. “She was born and raised Christian. She’s a church-going girl.”

Although Jeffries has not been charged with any crime related to the arrest, one of Bieber’s Instagram pictures that was later removed may be a form of implication. The caption for the picture read, “@chanteljeffries taking me for a ride in the lambo.”

It is unclear whether the two are exclusively involved or just friends.
