CareerBuilder Adds Apps To Facebook

Online job site CareerBuilder.com has announced that it is now offering job and internship matching applications on the Facebook Platform.

Users who add the CareerBuilder applications will receive updated job and internship listings that will be related to the information found in their profiles. Users can apply for positions from Facebook or link to search for more jobs on the CareerBuilder site.

CareerBuilder’s technology scans Facebook user’s profiles for information such as major in school, hometown and network and then matches it with jobs available in the database. CBcampus.com, CareerBuilder’s college job and internship search site, also offers an internship matching application for college students.
