Bottomline Technologies today announced the release of Create!form v6.0, a feature-rich update to its document output management software. Bottomline’s Create!form software products streamline and electronically-enable output formatting and delivery of business documents for a wide range of business applications and platforms, leveraging existing IT investments for rapid return on investment. Create!form v6.0 features an updated user interface, enhanced print performance, dynamic document repagination, calculations, ODBC lookups, and many more additions that can help save time and resources while maximizing the value of existing data.

Create!form is a server-based solution that allows organizations to leverage output from existing ERP, desktop accounting or home grown systems, to provide enhanced capabilities for the automated reformatting, management, distribution, archiving and Web self-service enablement of transactional documents.

Some of the key features of Create!form v6.0 include:

Dynamic Document Repagination – Adjusts repagination automatically, based on incoming data, to reduce output file, e-mail attachment, and archive size, for faster processing, reduced archive bandwidth, and lower fax expenses.

Data Calculations – Enables the calculation and insertion of data such as page subtotals in repaginated documents, tax rate conversion, and more.

Intelligent Data Tables – Streamline formatting and management of repeating line-item data, allowing users to quickly and easily create true auto-expanding, auto-structuring tables with unlimited sorting and grouping capability.

Enhanced User Interface - Simplifies form design with live output preview, data input tree and thumbnail preview; and enables rapid design, data mapping, and proof-as-you-go validation.

Create!form v6.0 also features faster processing, enables simultaneous queue processing, prints Create!form output to both PostScript and non-PostScript printers (including PCL), and includes a searchable, built-in reprint management utility. It is compatible with other Bottomline products, including Create!archive, Create!stream, Create!print, Create!email, Create!fax, CheckDefense and Create!form ACH modules.

Create!form will be giving demonstrations of v6.0 at the PeopleSoft Connect Conference, Booth 825, September 21-23, 2004 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA.

Create!form v6.0 supports application output from Microsoft Windows, IBM OS/400 (iSeries) and UNIX. It is available immediately from Bottomline’s Create!form, Inc. and authorized resellers. Small business solutions start at under $10,000 USD.
