Bobbi Kristina, as far as we know, is still in a medically-induced coma in an Atlanta hospital, as she has been since being found unresponsive in her bathtub on January 31st.

Her family surrounds her every day and holds a constant vigil at her bedside, singing songs and saying prayers.

The only person that hasn't been by Bobbi Kristina's side is her boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

Bobbi Kristina's family has banned Nick Gordon from seeing her in the hospital. Whether it is due to a general distaste for him or reports that he is under investigation for what happened to Bobbi Kristina isn't known.

Bobbi Kristina's cousin, Jerod Brown, said in an interview with an Atlanta news outlet that Gordon planned on fighting the ban legally.

He said, "I'm in contact with Nick. To be honest with you, Nick is feeling very emotional right now behind all of this. He's pretty torn about about what's going on."

He added that he has been the go-between for Nick Gordon, saying, "We sit down and talk about things he wants my family to know and what we would love for Krissy to know, and that is that he loves her and is just waiting for her to wake up."

However, Nick Gordon broke his silence through a lawyer, saying that he does not intend to fight the ban legally.

Attorney Randy Kessler said in a statement, “In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not. Mr. Gordon’s only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina. He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon.”

What do you think about Nick Gordon being banned from seeing Bobbi Kristina?
