Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is currently in the hospital after being found face down in a bathtub in her home in January, is the subject of several rumors at the moment, but the latest has led to her father's attorney releasing a statement.

Bobby Brown's attorney, Christopher Brown, says that despite a report by TMZ, there is no reality show in production involving her family members. The report claims that Bobby Brown's sisters and brother are currently filming the show, which will include Bobbi Kristina's tragic condition.

"There is no Brown family reality show that is in production which chronicles Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina or the medical emergency she presently faces at Emory Hospital. These reports are irresponsible and Warner Brothers, as the owner of TMZ, should be ashamed to publish such nonsense, particularly one day before Bobbi Kristina's birthday. ... Bobbi Kristina and Bobby Brown are dealing with enough right now. The fact that TMZ/Warner Brothers has decided to inject negativity into their lives at this critical time is plain insanity," Christopher Brown said in a statement.

Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a tub at her home in January by her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, and a friend. Gordon was the focus of an investigation immediately afterward, and Bobby Brown has reportedly banned Gordon from the hospital as Bobbi Kristina fights for her life. However, conflicting reports have continued to overwhelm the media, with various family members giving updates on her status; one aunt said she had opened her eyes briefly and was becoming responsive, while other sources say she hasn't regained consciousness at all. During Bobbi Kristina's hospitalization, Gordon and Bobby Brown have been communicating via their attorneys and on Twitter, where Gordon has asked repeatedly to be able to see her.

“Due to Mr. Gordon’s failure to place in tangible form his understanding of the events that lead to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina, there is no reason for any additional discussion with him. It appears that Mr. Gordon did not what his understanding of the facts to be subject to the truthful examination of various experts or Bobby Brown himself….Let me be very clear, Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina and he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit. Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe,” Brown’s attorneys said.
