Web Analytics Company ClickTracks has recently been acquired by J.L. Halsey Corp.

The deal is worth approximately $10 million US (which includes cash + stock options). This is a fairly substantial deal considering that ClickTracks is bretty big name in the Web Analytics World. Also see Andy Beal's post at Internet Financial News.
