KinderStart.com's attempts to convince a judge that Google had unfairly lowered its PageRank, were dismissed last week.

However, the judge did leave the door open for KinderStart to amend its case and clarify some of its claims.

The site got a chance to amend its case on several other points, including on a complaint that Google is a 'common carrier' and as such is banned from discriminating against the services that it transmits.
