RentAThing, Portable Reputation Management

Dave Chiu and Didier Hilhorst are proposing the rollout of a special personal reputation management system called RentAThing that would follow you wherever you go both online and off.

In other words, no matter where you interact with others, you would build an eBay like rating system that is attached to you everywhere. It would be applied to companies too. The duo has put together a cute overview of the RenAThing concept using Playmobil. Should this take hold can you imagine what it would do to marketing?
