Yeah, I'm clearing out some old tabs, don't complain.
A judge has allowed a lawsuit against Google complaining patent infringement in the Google Toolbar to proceed.
Netjumper's patent has something to do with retrieving information via a web browser, and I'd be interested in more details, especially why its Google's, and not all the other search toolbars, that is being sued.
