    Its extremely good to see Mr. Mike himself apologizing regarding the 3 day BB outage across the globe. But is it too late?

    Such a step should have been taken on the first day itself when the situation arose but I believe BB was waiting to let it spread across the globe and then address it.

    With RIM’s shares plummeting as fast as possible, only time can tell how people still remain faithful to RIM.

  2. Honestly I think RIM needs to move on. Keep the BIS/BES networks for commercial use if businesses want, but the thought that every BB not only relies on the carrier and internet but on RIM’s network for functionality is just stupid this day and age.
