  • Bill Cosby will reportedly not be charged in the molestation case brought against him by a woman who says she was sexually assaulted at the age of 15 by the comedian.

The claim was recently brought to light by California woman Judy Huth, who says she and a friend met Cosby on the set of a movie in the ’70s when she was just a teenager. Soon after, Cosby allegedly invited her to the Playboy Mansion, where she says he forced her to perform a sexual act on him. The case was reportedly thrown out by the Los Angeles County District Attorney this week due to the passage of so much time.

Huth called upon a clinical psychologist to confirm her claims that she was molested when she was younger, but Cosby says she made up the story and asked that the case be thrown out.

“I have concluded, based upon my knowledge of the facts and issues, that there is, in my professional opinion, a reasonable basis to believe that Ms. Huth had been subject to childhood sexual abuse,” said Dr. Anthony Reading.

Cosby has been accused of several incidents involving sexual assault in the past few weeks, including some claims made by well-known models Janice Dickinson and Beverly Johnson, who says that while the actor didn’t assault her, she does believe that Cosby tried to drug her when she went to his house in the ’80s.

“He kept insisting to have this cappuccino, it’s the best coffee you’ll ever have, and so I relented and I took the coffee. And I took a sip of the coffee and I immediately felt strange and then I took another sip of the cappuccino and that drug was so powerful it just came on like a moving train, and I knew I had been drugged. I knew he was trying to take advantage of me, but I knew this goes above and beyond making a pass at a woman. You don’t make a pass at a woman by drugging her,” she said.
