Months after her breast reduction surgery, Ariel Winter is now confidently flaunting her new look.

Ariel recently posted a photo of her wearing a skin tight bandage dress with her handsome boyfriend, Laurent Claude Gaudette, while attending her cousin’s wedding.

With her new found confidence, Ariel also admitted that she got worried about the criticism she might face after the surgery, knowing that she’s just 17 years old and already went under the knife. “I thought I would get a lot more criticism about, 'Oh, you did surgery. You changed yourself, blah, blah, blah… ” Ariel told People. Ariel had her breast reduction surgery on June 4, going from size 32F to 34D, although the reason behind it wasn’t because the size was affecting her physical appearance.

“I really couldn't stand up straight for a long period of time. It started to hurt so bad that I couldn't take the pain. My neck was hurting so bad and I actually had some problems with my spine,” she said.

Ariel was also criticized for wearing more mature fashion styles. What people did not know was that those were the only clothes that could actually fit her.

She even had to hide her chest in Modern Family by wearing big sweaters and baggy clothes.

Ariel never expected that she would receive a lot of support from women and young girls after her surgery.

“Girls are tweeting me and saying like, 'Oh, this wouldn't be accepted where I am, but now that you did it and opened a conversation about it, I can actually like talk to my friends and family about the possibility of this.’''

Co-star Sarah Hyland also expressed her full support of Ariel's decision to get breast reduction surgery.

Ariel says she feels like a new person now, a lot more confident not just physically but emotionally as well. She says she’s glad that she’s become a role model for girls who are going through the same thing.

“It was just really moving to see so many girls share what I went through and then be considering making a difference because I did.”
