Ariana Grande has been linked to numerous guys over the last few months, and while she is allegedly dating Big Sean, she doesn't like to talk about her relationships or her love life. At 21 years old, Grande has an amazing music career and is also a talented actress.

Grande's newest album, My Everything, is topping the charts in over 80 countries and she has been busy performing and promoting her music lately.

In spite of everything that Grande has going on, she is still very grounded and level-headed and hasn't let her fame get to her.

During a recent interview on the Today Show, Matt Lauer asked Grande how she stays grounded and focused with everything she has going on in her life.

She answered by saying,

"I spend a lot of time with my family. I'm very grateful for my fans and everything. It's like a blessing. I think I just have to constantly remind myself how lucky I am to do what I love."

She also said that sometimes the stress does get to her, but she just relies on her friends to help her keep things in perspective.

"I feel like growing up everybody goes through the same sort of insecurities and things like that. My family really helped me through a lot of that. I know I say that just about with every answer, but staying close with my family and my friends, that really was the most helpful to me," Grande added. "It puts things in perspective. It reminds you of what's real and what's nonsense and what not to pay attention to."

Grande knows how to avoid the questions she doesn't want to answer during interviews and while it seems like the young star is more than happy to share information about her career and family, she isn't ready to talk about her love life.

It seems like focusing on her career is paying off and Grande is doing well with balancing her music and her social life.
