Google is sharing a video featuring C.J. Hayden and Kristine Carey from Get Clients Now discussing sales pipeline management.

“As a business owner you know it can be challenging to get customers, follow up on leads, make sales pitches, and close the sale,” says Google.

With that in mind, the talk takes on the subjects of finding customers, following up with them in a timely fashion, having a sales conversation where you learn their needs and share your features and benefits, and of course landing the sale.
