  • Jack and Lisa Osbourne have suffered some devastating news within the last year. In 2012, Jack was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and then on Thursday, they made the sad announcement that Lisa had suffered a late-term miscarriage.
Lisa shared the news that they had lost their unborn baby boy on her blog:

“I have been dreading this announcement…. I needed some time before being able to say it. Jack and I lost our baby boy last week,” she wrote. “Having a late-term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through. We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time. It’s important to stay hopeful and optimistic through life’s toughest moments. We never know why things like this happen. All we can do is trust in God and know he has a plan for our lives.”

Lisa later took to Twitter to thank her fans and family for their support during this difficult time.

The Osbourne’s had just announced that they were expecting their second child in August and were very excited to share the news. “Jack and I are super excited to share with you all that we are expecting our second baby!” Lisa had said. “I am in my second trimester, feeling great & trying not to eat everything in sight.”

Jack and Lisa were married in October of last year, and have a 16 month old daughter named Pearl. It was announced earlier this week, on Wednesday, that Jack would be a contestant of the new season of “Dancing with the Stars”.
